Let's Talk Mental Health in a Pandemic

Congrats!! If you are reading this I want to congratulate you on the steps you are taking to care for yourself in “these times.” Whether you are are spending more time reflecting, re-inventing, reading, or resting, you are doing a great job and deserve to feel appreciated.

Or if you’re still feeling stuck / confused, I definitely feel youuuu. Earlier this year I, like most people, felt extremely overwhelmed. I knew I wanted to talk to someone but did not think “online therapy” was a thing and if it was… I didn’t want to do it. Like, WTF is that? Cue brain waves: “but I’m an IN-PERSON PERSON!!”

Fast forward to now; I’ve been in virtual therapy for 3 months. It is hands-down one of the best things I have done for myself this year. I like that this company was doing online therapy BEFORE 2020 so they all know how to use it / and did it before it was a “thing.” And hey, if you want to go back to in-person therapy post COVID I totally get that!
